Petitioner seeks concession of anticipatory bail as his nonbailable warrants have been issued due to non-appearance before the appellate court on one date of hearing. It has been urged before the court that petitioner could not appear before the court below due to reasons beyond his control. Besides it has been brought to the notice of the court that total amount of which cheque was bounced was `43,200/-. Petitioner has brought a draft in court for a sum of `51,000/- approx. However, complainant has refused to accept the same.
Keeping in view facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case petitioner appears before the trial court within a week from today, he shall be admitted to bail to the trial court on such terms and conditions as it may deem appropriate.
