(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43 dated 03.03.2018, under Sections 406, 498-A, 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District Mohali. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the orders dated 03.05.2018 and 15.10.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Per contra, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ashwani Kukar, Investigating Officer, also does not dispute the factum of SATYAWAN 2018.12.20 15:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
