Mr. Gursimran Singh Bhatia, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and has filed the power of attorney. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 8.5.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
