The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with prayer to direct the official respondents to take action on the complaint No.5584-MISC dated 29.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.3 as well as complaint dated 31.01.2019 submitted to respondent No.2.

A further prayer has been made to direct the official respondents to take legal action against the private respondents, who VIPIN KUMAR 2024.11.13 11:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order Chandigarh

 



     had forcibly snatched the vehicle bearing No.HR-65A-0238 of the petitioner and further sold the vehicle by forging and fabricating the documents.

Pursuant to the notice, DSP, Kurukshetra had filed a reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and the same was taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the complaint submitted by the petitioner was investigated and it was found to be a case of civil nature.

Consequently, no action was taken against any person. She further contends that the petitioner has filed a civil suit against the private respondents and the case was sub judice before the Civil Court.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

7.

Needless to observe that, the petitioner shall at liberty to avail the alternative remedy, if any, in accordance with law. **
