(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Gulab Singh has apprised the Court that all the 16 prosecution witnesses stand examined, but the proceedings before the trial Court are prolonged as defence counsel has moved application 311 Cr.P.C. to re-examine complainant and one Sant Ram and the said application has been allowed by the trial Court. Faced with this situation, the counsel for the petitioner made prayer that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
