**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 56 dated 28.2.2016 registered at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad under Sections 363, 366, 120-B IPC.
Petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2016.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that in the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix had made a statement against Ram Niwas and no allegations were attributed to the petitioner and she had also stated that she wanted to live with Gurdeep. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
