(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Additional District Judge, Hisar, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for impleading her as a respondent in the appeal; has been dismissed.

A perusal of the record shows that, undisputedly, the petitioner has taken the property on rent after filing of the appeal by the original party. The petitioner is neither having any interest in the property in dispute nor is she having any title to the said property. In fact, the petitioner is totally stranger to the controversy. Even if she has taken any premises on the disputed street on rent for running a coaching centre, as is asserted by her, still she has taken only the concerned property on rent and not the street, as such.
