This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.33 dated 06.04.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar. The petitioner apprehended his arrest at the hands of Police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has expired. Petition is rendered infructuous.
