RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeks quashing of FIR No.11 dated 29.1.2013 under Sections 279, 337, 427, 304-A IPC at Police Station Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur, on the basis of compromise.
Notice of motion was issued and parties were directed to appear before the learned trial court on 22.8.2015. However, as per the report dated 25.8.2015 received from the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mukerian, none of the parties turned up for getting their statements recorded. Further, as per office report dated 28.9.2015, process fee was not filed, because of which, notice could not be issued.

In view of the above, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
