Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for protection of their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.5 and 6.

Notice of motion was issued on 26.05.2015.

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Ravinder Singh, has submitted that the petitioners have made statement that they did not require any protection.
