******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.241 dated 29.11.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Gabindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail till the next date.

Learned State counsel submits that challan in this case has been presented, as such, custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required in this case.

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
