(ORAL) Present application has been filed for extension of time for deposit of Rs.15,50,000/- along with interest as out of the total compromised amount of Rs.58,50,000/-.

It is disposed of as having become infructuous as it is brought to our notice that as per communication dated 02.04.2024, the petitioner has already received the original title deed and original lease deeds intact in all respects and he has undertaken to withdraw all the complaints against the Bank or any other official of the Bank. It has also been brought to our notice that a contempt petition bearing COCP-3274-2023 filed by the respondent-Bank against the petitioner as such has also been dismissed as having been rendered infructuous on the basis of statement made by learned counsel representing the Bank as order dated MANOJ KUMAR 2024.12.04 02:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order

CM-16823-CWP-2023 in/and CWP-4925-2023 03.05.2023 passed by this Court in the writ petition bearing CWP-4925-2023 has been complied with by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we find that no other orders are required to be passed on the present petition as the matter has already been settled. In case, the petitioners have any other grievance, it is also open for them to agitate their claim before the competent court of law.

Petition stands disposed of.
