******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.96 dated 13.09.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 22 of Narcotic Durgs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ( NDPS Act)at Police Station Heard.

Recovery of 300 gms. of intoxicating drug "Alprazolam" was effected from the petitioner, which falls in the category of commercial quantity. The petitioner has not come up with any explanation regarding possession of this drug.

Keeping in view the provisions of Section 37 NPDS Act, no reason is made out to grant bail to petitioner at this stage. Dismissed.
