The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking a direction to be issued to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct an impartial and fair investigation against respondent No.4 on representation dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-1) and further to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and her children at the hands of respondent No.4. 2.

It is contended that the petitioner has submitted a representation to respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Police Station, Khanora, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala levelling allegations of fraud and threat to life and liberty of the petitioner and her children at the hands of respondent No.4.

At this stage, on the asking of the Court, Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, DAG, Punjab who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that the official respondents will look into the matter and will take a decision on the complaint of the petitioner.
