Notice of motion was issued and further proceedings before the learned trial court were stayed.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, Police Station City, Jind, and also referring to the averments taken in the reply filed, submits that since the cancellation report has been prepared in the present case, instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.
