Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks a direction to official respondents No. 2 to 5 to enquire and conduct a proper investigation in FIR No. 21 dated 12.04.2014, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

According to the status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Karanvir Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Mansa, filed in Court today by learned State Counsel, after thorough investigation the aforesaid FIR, the same has been found to be false, therefore, untraced report would be filed after due approval and sanction from the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa. 3.

In view of the above factual position, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and dismissed as such.
