(ORAL) This is an application under Section 11(6)(c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the appointment of a sole arbitrator. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondents have now issued a letter to the applicant recalling the order terminating the contract and, therefore, nothing further survives in the application as there is no need now to appoint an arbitrator. He further submits that in view of the aforesaid subsequent events that have occurred, the application may be permitted to be withdrawn.

The application accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
