(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for directing respondents No.3 to 5 to transfer/handover the investigation in case FIR No.51 dated 07.04.2015 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Dugry, Ludhiana to respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation done twice by the Punjab Police. Heard.
Initially, investigation was done by Sandeep Garg, IPS, ADCP, City Ludhiana and for second time, pursuant to the direction of this Court to continue with the investigation, by Special Investigation Team headed by Naveen Kumar, PPS. In both the investigations, respondents No.6 and 7 have been found innocent.
