Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.677 dated 26.12.2023 registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad under Section 363 of Indian Penal Code, is got investigated fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is submitted thereafter at the earliest. 2.

A copy of this order be conveyed to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad for necessary compliance.
