H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the trial Court within 7 days from today. On his doing so and moving application for setting aside of PO order and grant of regular bail, the same be decided within two weeks. Till then, the petitioner may not be arrested. However, this order is subject to the following conditions:- (i) he shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing;

(ii)he shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses; and (iii)he shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court and shall surrender his passport.
