(ORAL) Admittedly, order dated 05.03.2022 (Annexure R-5) has been passed rejecting the case of the petitioner for grant of parole. The present petition was filed for the benefit of parole for 7 days.

In such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law that was passed in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court in CRWP-1564-2022 on 23.02.2022 (Annexure P-4), which was at the instance of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
