After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their pleas before the concerned court at the time of framing of charge including addition of offences under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case petitioners move an application for exemption of their personal appearance, same shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law. The trial court may exempt the personal appearance of the petitioners on such terms and conditions, as it deems proper to impose. The petitioners may be allowed to appear through their counsel except on the dates their presence is necessary.
