Jaspal Singh, J.(Oral) This is a petition filed by the petitioner, under Section 482, Cr.P.C., for modifying the summoning order dated 20.02.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Balachaur, in a complaint case bearing No.9.09/02/2015.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to avail all his remedies, taken in this petition, before the concerned Session Court first and if aggrieved against that order to be passed by Session Court, then to approach this Court.
