(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.165 dated 27.11.2022 under Sections 409, 380, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 13(1)(A) of The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep, has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is a proclaimed offender in the present case; in addition, he is involved in one other case under the NDPS Act. Hence, he is not entitled to the extraordinary concession of anticipatory bail. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the circumstances, he would not press the instant petition. 4.
Dismissed as not pressed.
