Upon notice a status report by DSP Palwal has been filed wherein it is stated that after due investigation husband Digamber was arrested and a challan against him filed whereas rest of the family members have been found innocent.

Grievance of the petitioner more or less stands redressed. However, learned petitioner would be at liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with law qua any of the remaining allegations raised by him.

Disposed of as infructuous in above terms.
