**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J This petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to protect their life and liberty and taking action against respondents No. 3 to 6.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Budh Singh, P.S. Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, states that all the complaints have been filed.

Even as per the affidavit of Manpreet Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, the inquiry has been conducted and statements have been recorded. It has also been mentioned that the dispute between the parties is with regard to the partition of land and civil suit in this regard is already pending. In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
