(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of impugned FIR No.129 dated 15.11.2022, registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition.
