As per the same, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they have agreed to part ways, by way of filing of petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act. The genuineness of the said document, as such, has not been disputed by the counsel for the respondent also. In view of the same, counsel for the respondent gives an undertaking that the respondent shall abide by the terms of settlement reached between them.

In view of the undertaking so given, counsel for the applicant submits that at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. Ordered accordingly.
