Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 498-A, 323, 406, 34 IPC at Police Station, City Gurgaon, District Gurgaon vide F.I.R No. 424 dated 8.4.2015.
Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 27.5.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 27.5.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
