Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.349 dated 16.11.2023 registered under Sections 307, 379-B(2), 148, 149, 120-B IPC at P.S. B Division, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station B Division, District Amritsar submits that in compliance of order 06.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.
