Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of criminal case titled as 'State vs. Ranjit Singh and others' in case FIR No.62 dated 24.09.2011 under Sections 325, 323, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sardoolgarh.

Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 8 appeared and reply by way of affidavit of DSP, Sub Division, Sardulgarh has also been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 and the same is taken on record. At the time of arguments, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the main case has already been decided and the present petition has become infructuous.
