This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 361 dated 05.09.2014 under Section 420 IPC & section 63 of Copy Right Act and sections 270/272/467/468/471 IPC added later on at Police Station City Sonipat.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated May 29, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 29, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
