**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 1164 dated 8.10.2015 registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat, District Panipat under Sections 346 IPC and later on added Sections 376 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2015. The prosecutrix had made two statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C. At the trial, she had turned hostile in the cross-examination and did not support the prosecution. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
