(Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.4 dated 24.01.2017, under Sections 323, 376-B, 506 and 3(II)B of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Women Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has solemnized the marriage with the complainant. They have filed the protection petition, i.e. CRM-M-12028-2015, before this Court and vide order dated 24.05.2016 (Annexure P-2), the direction was issued to the SSP, Bhiwani to provide the protection to them. Complainant-Sunita is a major and the petition filed by her under Section 125 CrP.C. for grant of maintenance has been withdrawn as the matter has been compromised Naresh Kumar 2017.05.24 15:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh between the parties before the National Lok Adalat.

CRM-M-17723-2017 -2Keeping in view the above-said facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Bhiwani. Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
