R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 113 dated 03.04.2015 for offences under Sections 15 and 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar, Dabwali, District Sirsa. The recovery of 80 kgs. of poppy-husk was made from two persons, namely Gurmit Singh @ Moli and Kala Singh @ Kalu. On the disclosure statement made by them, the petitioner was arrested as supplier of the contraband. After apprehension of petitioner, no recovery of contraband was made from him. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2015 and it will take time in completion of investigation and conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
