AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The reply of the Addl. District Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri, dated 12.02.2021, is ordered to be taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file an appropriate application before the jail authorities, again seeking parole, with him also submitting that the jail authority/appropriate authority be directed to decide that application within a time bound frame.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application before the jail authority, which would be decided within a period of one month after it is received.
