Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 243 dated 24.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 307, 506, 148 & 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Division No.1, District Ludhiana. Petitioner, who is involved in a case for commission of offence under Section 307 and other offences of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, was ordered to be released on interim bail vide order dated 25.01.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, but he did not join the investigation. On request, he was again directed to join the investigation, but still he failed to do so. Thus, no case is made out to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and as such, present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge March 11, 2019 "DK"
