(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 20.02.2023 passed by respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Jind for registration of FIR against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since till date neither any FIR has been registered nor any legal action has been taken against the present petitioner, thus, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek remedy in accordance with law in case any action against the present petitioner is taken.
