**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in complaint case No. 146 dated 3.7.2012 under Sections 323/354/506/120-B IPC and Section 3 (1) (iii) (viii) (x) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention from Atrocities) Act, 1989.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial court on or before the date already fixed. On appearance by the petitioner, learned trial court shall admit him to the anticipatory bail, by imposing reasonable conditions on the petitioner and on his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial court.

With the abovesaid observations and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
