Gurdial Singh and others 2016(2) R.C.R. (Rent) 475, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority under the Rent Act.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 15.03.2019 is the date fixed before the Rent Controller for tendering of rent and the petitioner has denied the relationship of landlord and tenant, as such, he be allowed some more time to file the appeal.
