******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite his best efforts none from the appellant has come forward to assist him in getting the service of respondents no. 1 and 2 effected. The instant appeal pertains to the year 1995 and the appellant has died and his legal heirs have not come forward to give him further instructions. He expresses his inability to proceed further with the appeal without assistance and instructions of appellant.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellant and due to non-compliance of orders dated 22.09.2016, 19.05.2016 and earlier orders to this effect, the instant appeal is dismissed.
