(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to arrest the accused in case FIR No. 0072 dated 03.02.2024 registered under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 323, 376(3) and 376DA IPC at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, she would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 3Superintendent of Police, Panipat, to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 09.02.2024 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner.
