(Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to fill up the post of MPHW (Female) kept vacant under SB category, issued under advertisement dated 19.06.2015 (P-1) from the general category candidates. It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioners in the present writ petition had already been sought by another petitioner before this Court in CWP No. 5570 of 2019 titled as Anju vs. State of Hayrana and another, decided on 01.03.2019, which stands disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner against the post (s) meant for SBC category, which are now being filled from General Category. Therefore, for the parity of reasoning, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order/judgment dated 01.03.2019 rendered in CWP No. 5570 of 2019.
