Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for general transfer in view of the Teachers Transfer Policy-2019 (Annexure P-1) dated 25.06.2019. 2.

Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 11.01.2025, Annexure P-9, has been submitted, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction may be given to respondent No. 2 to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 11.01.2025, Annexure P-9, within a period of two months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
