(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner is not in position to dispute that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Educational Tribunal as held by this Court in CWP No.11669 of 2015 titled as Surinder Krishan Sharma vs. State of Punjab decided on 11th of April, 2019 and upheld in Intra Court appeal in LPA No.892 of 2019 vide judgment dated 9th of May, 2019.

Present writ petitions are pending consideration before this Court since 2019. In CWP No.21617 of 2019 this Court vide order dated DEEPAK KUMAR 2023.02.16 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-6327-2019 (O&M) -2CWP-21617-2019 19th of August, 2019 had stayed the operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-11) dated 24th of July, 2019.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is relegated to her alternate remedy and the petitions are ordered to be transferred before the Educational Tribunal.
