(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to initiate appropriate legal action against the private respondents on the basis of representations submitted by the petitioner. Learned State counsel who is present in Court on advance notice, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, P.S. Majitha Road, Amritsar submits that the FIR No.20 dated 12.03.2023 registered under Sections 323 and 349 IPC at Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar already stands registered on the basis of representation submitted by the petitioner thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. The present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
