JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110 dated 02.6.2013, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, P.S Patti, District Tarn Taran. The petitioner was on bail and for his non-appearance before the learned trial Court on 20.1.2015, his bail bonds were cancelled and nonbailable warrants issued. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Kulbir Singh, states that the petitioner has since surrendered before the learned trial Court and has been granted interim bail.

In view of the above, order dated 27.5.2015 passed by this Court granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
