(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to terminate the services of the petitioner and to regularize her services on the post of Instrument Engineer.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, has produced copy of the order dated 25.05.1999, whereby the resignation submitted by the petitioner was accepted.
