(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents to look into the complaints dated 11.9.2019 (Annexure P-1) and 5.11.2019 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had lent money to the private respondents amounting to Rs. 15.00 lacs and in lieu therefore, three cheques were issued to the petitioner. When the said cheques were presented for encashment, the same were dishonoured. He further submits that the dishonoured cheque has also been taken away by the private respondents and the bank manager and the courier company are also part of the game plan.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana-respondent No. 2 is asked to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order, as per law. The petition is disposed of.
