Mr. Amritpal Singh Gill, Advocate for the complainant. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.18, dated 13.02.2024, under Sections 420/465/467/468/471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana.

This Court vide order dated 21.03.2024, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 21.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar does not controvert the said fact and further submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 21.03.2024 is made absolute.
